Krista Kumpf
Hello! My name is Krista Kumpf and I am the artist and owner of Stay True Tattoo LLC. Stay True Tattoo is a private tattoo studio in Lakewood Colorado, right off bustling Colfax Ave. I am located in, and happy to be part of “The Colfax,” a creative office community focused on art, body, and mind.
I began tattooing about 13 years ago as a self taught artist but was always too intimidated by the tattoo industry and too filled with self doubt to ever dedicate myself to the craft professionally. At the end of 2021, I decided to put my fear aside and invest myself into tattooing full time. I opened Stay True so I could have a safe space to grow as an artist while creating a personal, meaningful experience for each client. I offer a comfortable, inclusive space for all!
My preferred tattoo styles include botanical, floral, blackwork, fine line, ornamental, geometric,dotwork, and traditional designs.
